The project management triangle is a concept that describes the interrelationship between time, features/quality and cost in technical projects. It states that it is difficult to optimize all three factors simultaneously and that engineers usually have to make compromises, as these three factors are closely linked and changes to one of the factors inevitably have an impact on the others.
