With the concept of inline-measurement, sensors are installed in the pipes. In the atline circuit, the permeate flow is forwarded to an external laboratory device (analyzer).
In inline analysis, the sensor is positioned either in a process tank or on the pipeline. The measuring system is an integral part of the filtration system. In at-line analysis, the sample volume is transported to the measuring device near the filtration system. The measuring system is located outside the filtration system. The sample is not returned to the process.
The software has a modern and user-friendly layout. With the software, users can reduce analysis time and determine time-based correlations via batch and continuous processes. In addition, measurement methods and controls can be optimized. The intuitive open-source software can be further developed by the operator without licenses in order to adapt to changing issues and requirements.
The control box (AISI 304, IP 65) has various M12 connections for the sensors and actuators.
